Chris established Transform Communications in 2003. Prior to that she was with Mercer Human Resource Consulting as a Principal Consultant in the Human Capital Consulting area and leader of the Australian Communications Practice.
At Mercer Chris was accountable for delivering superannuation communication solutions for the Mercer Master trust, for industry funds, for corporate funds and for other Mercer superannuation clients. Her Mercer experience spanned a wide range of reward, benefit, HR and change communications programs and included consulting on organisational redesign and performance management system design.
Chris has over 20 years' consulting experience.
Ian has over 20 years experience in the development and delivery of strategic communication programs in superannuation, financial services and employee benefits.
Prior to joining Transform Ian was the Marketing Manager for Plum Financial Services, and has previously managed the Marketing and Communications division of ESSSuper, and the Communications and Member Education practice at superannuation and employee benefits consultancy NSP Buck / Mellon.
Ian's experience encompasses corporate, industry and retail superannuation funds and his skills include marketing and communications campaign development and implementation, effective copywriting, and consulting and business development.
Helen has over 10 years experience in public relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Transform Helen held a senior communications role at Visa International.
Helen also has extensive experience in developing and project managing Internet and Intranet websites, and writing content for the online environment. Her skills include communications strategy development, copywriting and editing and photography.
Melissa has over 6 years experience in Human Resource Consulting. Prior to joining Transform Melissa was with the ANZ Bank and Hewitt Consulting.
With tertiary qualifications in International Business and Marketing, Melissa’s skills include project management, strategic analysis, HR content knowledge and copywriting.
Paul is responsible for the IT, invoicing and general management of the Transform business. Paul also provides project and supplier management as well as specialist proofreading on client communications projects.
Transform has a network of proven specialist communications suppliers including graphic designers, video producers, film houses, web developers, printers, photographers, mail houses and the like, allowing us to deliver a complete communications service.
Transform Consulting has strong working relationships with a number of expert Associate consultants in the areas of HR consulting, communications consulting and change management and can bring these consulting resources to bear on a project if appropriate.
