The Brief

Post People 1st puts Australia Post employees first for internal jobs and for skills and career development. We were asked to help develop an employee engagement strategy and assist with program implementation across web, print and infield.


Our project work spanned four years and included:

  • strategy and engagement planning
  • awareness and launch communications
  • refresh of the Job Information Circular to turn it into a career and job seeker magazine
  • infield and expo roadshow collateral
  • career workbooks and transition materials
  • online job seeker portal content and launch communications
  • updating the visual identity to align with the new ANZ corporate brand


  • Australia Post is a leader in internal job mobility with two out of three job vacancies filled internally.
  • There was an 86% increase in coaching requests in the 12 months after the launch of the career workbooks in 2015.
  • To date 67% of employees have downloaded a career workbook.
  • In 2016 Transform won an IABC Gold Quill Award of Excellence for the PP1st Job Information Circular Refresh project.
