The Brief

When industry super funds CareSuper and Asset Super merged they asked Transform to help them with the merger communications to ensure consistency of message and an integrated implementation.


Transform integrated seamlessly with both funds’ in-house teams to develop and produce a range of merger materials including:

  • a Significant Event Notice (SEN) for members and pension members
  • CEO merger letters tailored by segment according to variables like insurance arrangements or investment choice
  • Meet CareSuper brochures for members and pension members
  • Call Centre briefing packs and a FAQ support guide script
  • a special section on the CareSuper site for ex Asset members
  • welcome letters and statements for ex Asset members segmented to different insurance, investment and other arrangements.

After the merger we helped CareSuper welcome Asset members and inform them of their new options, benefits and choices as members of CareSuper.


Transform’s performance was rated 9 out of 10 by half of the people who responded to CareSuper’s post-merger project survey. Our average rating was 8.5.
