The Brief

Mercy Super was looking to increase member engagement – by helping members better understand their super and to take action.

Solution

Transform helped develop the strategy, content and design for a number of targeted, personalised member campaigns including:

  • new member on-boarding
  • lost super
  • consolidation
  • contributing to super
  • changing jobs
  • insurance benefits
  • concessional contribution limits
  • transition to and preparing for retirement.

Results

  • Over 30 per cent of current members rolled some money into their Mercy Super account
  • 30 per cent of members who joined in the previous 12 months provided a lost super search authority.
  • NPS survey feedback shows that members find the fund’s communications easy to understand, friendly and helpful.
