Website and communications materials

The Brief

When MTAA Super rebranded they had one thing in mind – to improve the experience they deliver to members.

As part of the rebrand they launched a new website with a more interactive experience better suited to mobile devices and a streamlined and simplified suite of communications materials. We helped them with both.


Our work included:

  • copywriting more than 140 web pages, some new, some based on consolidating and refreshing existing content
  • creating relevant calls to action and suggesting downloads
  • adding key words and meta descriptions
  • proofreading and testing web content once in situ
  • copywriting core documentation including the new member and pension PDS, Insurance and Investment Guides, IBR documents and 2016 Annual Report.
  • copywriting a new magazine for members and employers Momentum.


  • Our communications are now simpler and free of jargon and respond more directly to our members’ needs.
  • We’ve added clarity and we’re educating our members – and the feedback we’ve received from both members and our field staff has been positive.
