Chris leads complex super, reward, benefit, HR, merger and change communications programs from strategy to delivery. She started Transform in 2003 with a vision of delivering tailored strategies and solutions that make a measurable difference for clients.
With over 20 years’ super and financial services marketing and communications experience, Ian brings skills in strategic planning, member engagement and retention strategies, technical and creative copywriting, and member research.
Helen has a depth of corporate and digital communications experience in the financial services sector in Australia and Asia Pacific. She also brings to Transform her talent as a commercial photographer.
Richard has diverse experience across super, financial planning, investments, accounting, advisory and engineering services. He has strong strategic and employee communications copywriting skills.
Annika has extensive experience in superannuation, health and financial services. She offers expertise in member engagement campaign design and delivery, direct marketing, data segmentation and large-scale variable messaging.
Cathryn is an experienced superannuation communicator. Her expertise includes PDS and insurance work, personalised campaigns and advertising, benefit statements and annual review management.
Marketing Communications Consultant
Isabela’s areas of expertise include design and print production, employee and corporate communications, marketing strategy, online communications, event management and project management.
Director / Consulting Support
Paul is responsible for the IT, invoicing and general management of the Transform business. Paul also provides project and supplier management as well as specialist proofreading on client communications projects.
